Migration Questionnaire

We just need a few answers to set up your migration properly. Most questions are multiple choice. It should take about 5 minutes.

Good to know: Your migration specialist will reach out with a full breakdown of mapping rules and edits that occur in our auto-data cleansing process.

Important: If the questionnaire is not completed or mapping changes not provided by the client, the Corksy auto-rules will be applied to your data set and cannot be reverted. Further changes will need to be made by the client manually in Corksy.
